Miha and John worked with Christina Farrow of Pacific Aisles to plan their gorgeous destination wedding at the Lanikuhonua in Kapolei, Hawaii, and incorporated their Persian cultural traditions throughout the day. The San Diego couple's traditional Persian ceremony was performed by a family friend, and included an elaborate Sofreh-ye Aghd, set facing east against the stunning backdrop of Oahu's West Shore. The garden reception followed under a clear-top tent adorned with an elegant sheer white draping. Classic, simply set tables were accented with white and pale pink flowers and satin ribbon-wrapped vases by Yvonne Design. Dinner included food stations featuring gourmet island fare by renowned Chef Chai. It was the most gorgeous combination of cultural traditions and a classic, destination affair, all captured by Kevin Lubera.
