Ian and Stacey, owners of Honolulu based Bradley and Lily Fine Stationery, celebrated their wedding anniversary at the very same private estate on Oahu's South Shore where they tied-the-knot ten years prior with a fabulous backyard party. The Bayer Estate, made famous by the tv show, Hawaii 5-0, is a beautiful old-country style venue with dark woods, antique furniture and lots of history.
Nichole Shin of Nichole Weddings & Events pulled together all of the details of this family-friendly celebration. Adults enjoyed self-service beverages by the ocean while the couple's children, Bradley and Lily, entertained the youngest guests with lei making activity at a custom built lei stand, made from an upcycled wooden pallet that carried one of the couple's letterpress orders, in the front yard. Adorned in flower lei, they led a "Keiki Parade" to join the backyard party.
On the lush, ocean-facing lawn, guests were welcomed to a picnic style set up with fleece blankets and pillows. Classic modern white flower arrangements by Steven Boyle elevated the casual tables. Made-to-order burgers were served, along with a tasty array of mini-desserts baked by family-friend Angie. Upon sunset, everyone watched Ian and Stacey's wedding video, followed by a slideshow of their first 10 years as husband and wife. What a beautiful way to celebrate and toast to the next decade!
