From one of the dreamiest bouquets we've ever laid eyes on, to an understated cake donning nothing but three simple mussel shells, seaside patriotism has never looked so stunning. Erik and Allison have been coming to Cape Cod with their six boys (you read that right--six boys) for the past decade, so when Monica Relyea Events approached the oh-so-in-love couple to shoot their 14th wedding anniversary in a spot they knew so well, their answer was a quick yes, please! We're swooning over the incorporation of Erik's 1969 Volkswagen Bus and the vintage luggage accents—both looked timeless against the muted hues of the soft sand and grassy dunes. Our favorite part of this stunning shoot, though? The classically American palette inspired by the historic town of Chatham, Massachusetts—Moinca Relyea managed to make red-white-and-blue look sophisticated and storied at once.
