Lindsay currently assists with the planning and design of weddings and other special events. Her motto is “even the smallest of things can make the biggest impact”, and she mirrors that motto through through every project and with every client. Lindsay leaped into Wedding Planning in 2015, following a career in philanthropic event planning for a major hospital organization, and never looked back. During her career, she has been blessed with very special clients and vendors with whom she continues strong relationships long after their special days.

This review is long overdue and for that, I apologize! My tardiness is in no way a reflection of Lindsay’s exceptional coordinating skills! I had my wedding 9/13/20. I was on a limited budget but knew I’d need someone to streamline my day since I obviously couldn’t do so myself on the day of. I found Lindsay via a word of mouth referral and reached out. From the start, she was very communicative and flexible, based on what I was needing. After settling on a $ amount, I hired her and was so relieved to do so! From the get go, she was incredibly responsive and communicative. Her resources were so valuable to me and saved me a ton of headaches for sure. Lindsay structured an easy to follow timeline/excel sheet for the day of which was very helpful and easy to navigate. She was fabulous at our rehearsal to get everyone on the same page and most importantly, was so kind and personable with everybody, vendors included! Lindsay put me in touch with a fabulous florist who was able to work within my budget and provided quality arrangements that were GORGEOUS! I mean... downright BEAUTIFUL and for such a reasonable cost! No way would I have ever known about them had it not been for Lindsay. She also handled getting all my vendors insurance certificates to the right people and handled hiccups that came up with both the caterer and rental company leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Had I not had her, I very likely would have gone into full panic mode and would probably still be hiding in a corner crying lol. Lindsay brought me my bouquet and bridesmaids hoops the day of and seamlessly orchestrated the shuttling of our close fam/friends and bridal party to and from our two venues on the party bus we rented. At the reception, she made sure that when it was time to eat, my husband and I had a full plate of yummy food so we didn’t have to wait in line and could just sit and relax for a few minutes. Much appreciated. So many of our guests have said that our wedding day was so fun and streamlined. That is all thanks to Lindsay for keeping everything running smoothly. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. If you’re contemplating getting a coordinator, JUST DO IT. And don’t hesitate for a minute to hire Lindsay Dean. She is undoubtedly going to be the superhero on your Big Day and is worth every single penny and more! Thank you, Lindsay, for your commitment to making my day special. You were such a godsend and for that, I am grateful! 💕

My Husband Greg and I were so blessed to have worked with Lindsay Dean for our Wedding at Fairbanks Ranch CC July 20th, 2019. She was there for us from start to finish and was detailed, professional, and supportive the entire time! She is cool under pressure and got the job done well above our expectations. Throughout the time we were engaged...over a year and a half! Lindsay stayed in constant communication-sending me new ideas, reminding us of deadlines, sharing her network of amazing vendors, discussing decisions and we welcomed all of her expert advise! I always felt like my event was a priority to her. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of this business including her fabulous vendor recommendations, tips on creating a stress free day and Wedding etiquette. The day of our Wedding she came in looking professional, well organized and confident. Lindsay took the time to make sure we were well taken care of and that everyone had eaten! I appreciated all of her attention to detail, I knew she was in complete control of the day which made me feel calm and stress free. I literally did not have a worry on my mind with regards to timeline and vendors. We were able to enjoy every minute of our special day, and it was flawless! Just look at the photos! After working with Lindsay, Greg and I both agree that this day would not have gone as smooth or have been as special if she had not been our Wedding Coordinator. Lindsay was an absolute dream to work with, she made every detail of our special day, and leading up to it, absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her and everything she did to make our wedding PERFECT! She gave great recommendations for vendors from hair and makeup to the best ice cream bar, she even handled the escort cards and provided extra decor as needed! I hardly gave her much direction at all when it came to how I wanted everything set up and she somehow blew my expectations out of the water. She kept the day on track and made sure everything went off without a hitch! Outside of that, she's such a sweetheart and we got along so well, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable! I would absolutely recommend Lindsay time and time again! Thanks again for everything!!

Working with Lindsay made everything so much more simple and so much less stressful. She helped coordinate with our vendors wonderfully and worked closely with the venue on our big day to come up with a Plan B for moving our ceremony inside since it unexpectedly rained. I felt great knowing I could trust Lindsay to make everything work! Along with her planning services, she also helped us with place cards and additional signage for tables which we had initially completely forgotten about. Talk about a life saver! Thanks for everything, Lindsay!

Lindsay was my month of coordinator for my wedding on 8/18/18 at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. She was so helpful in coordinating my vendors on my wedding day, styling my decorations and also helped with negotiations with vendors as needed. She literally does everything she can to ensure the wedding goes smoothly. She is so organized and really thinks of everything. I knew I was in good hands when I hired her!

There's no word can express our appreciation to Lindsay. She was absolutely the best wedding coordinator and her personality is amazing. First of all, Linsday really was able to accommodate and work within your budget. We were one of the couples who wanted to save more money to buy a house rather than break our bank for a day. Linsday was really understanding and willing to work with our budget. You're probably wrong if you think you can coordinate your own wedding. Linsday helped me find my last-minute hair and make-up stylist since my original one did a terrible job at the trail. Linsday made sure our big day was stress-free and we weren't starved. I was really obsessed with the details of the wedding and Linsday gave us everything we wanted. The arch decor, escort cards, table numbers, signs all turned our perfect. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who is really on top of everything and super easy to work with, Linsday is your girl!!

My husband and I were married about two months ago. Lindsay was a fantastic coordinator and ensured the entire day was perfect/memorable. Lindsay was one of the first vendors we booked because we instantly felt comfortable with her. From our very first phone call she seemed genuinely interested in our relationship and planning process- which is always a good feeling! Although we hired Lindsay as our “day of coordinator” she was involved throughout the process offering much needed advice/tips. She attended meetings at our venue and worked with our other vendors for months prior to the big day. Not only did she coordinate all the organizational and technical aspects of the event, but she was also extremely creative with our décor. She has a great eye! She did some of our printing and oversaw the set-up of the cocktail area, reception and ceremony site. My mother and I spent a great deal of time making décor items for the event and Lindsay was able to utilize everything in such a fun/stylish way. While I loved working with Lindsay, I would have to say my mother is probably her biggest fan. My mother was understandably apprehensive about set-up but as soon as she started working with Lindsay her stress instantly melted away (I could physically see it!) My mother is still gushing about how fantastic Lindsay was- two months later! I swear it was the highlight of our wedding for her  Lindsay did an amazing job with keeping everyone on schedule and - she also took care of more problematic issues that popped up without me even knowing they occurred. This included unruly Marines (with fire!), drunk guests and a scene stealing Chaplain. She handled everything with the utmost professionalism and cheer. I have taken so long to write this review because it has been so hard to put into words how fabulous she was and how special she made me, and my family feel throughout this process. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!

Many thanks to the beautiful soul that made our big day magical! She came highly recommended from our venue vendor and I immediately clicked with her upon reaching out! She kept me calm through the whole year of planning! So easy going and is amazing at what she does! Made sure to catch everything and anything that fell through the cracks. I sure couldn’t have done it without her! We only heard great things from our wedding party, family members and guests when it came to Lindsey! Again thank you from the Diaz’s

We are so happy we hired Lindsay Dean as our coordinator for our wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country club last weekend! She is super organized, responds quickly, and executes what she promises. She also really listens to you. I feel like I was the type of bride who had a lot of specific requests, and she carefully implemented every little thing perfectly. Her personality is fun and caring, truly a great person to be around. She also threw in some surprises for me which I loved!! My wedding party also thought she was wonderful. Lindsay is so good at what she does, it's not even funny. The day after our wedding, I was feeling a little regretful that I didn't save the photo booth strips of my husband and me. The following day, as I was unpacking our things, I found a little bag with our photos that Lindsay had carefully packed away for me at the end of the night. It brought such tears of joy to my eyes! Lindsay is the best!!

Lindsay was a fantastic wedding coordinator! We highly recommend her. We got married at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club on May 4th, 2019. She has worked with this venue many times and has a great relationship with the staff. She did a great job working with our other vendors who she hadn't worked with before and it seemed there was excellent communication both ways! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and gorgeous! Lindsay is very organized and it shows she has a lot of experience. I had forgotten some last minute details and Lindsay was able to help me out to bring it all together. Throughout the process, she was always available via email or text -- especially in the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding. Hire her if you can! You won't regret it!
