Through this process of monthly design challenges, anyone can submit their design(s) and then customers and fellow artists vote on what they love the most. The outcome? The customer is in charge and design comes first. The Minted Wedding Planner Program
Minted’s Wedding Planner Program is a free industry membership program available to anyone involved with the planning process, from full-time planners to day-of coordination. Through the Minted Planner Program, partners receive an exclusive discount available only to the professionals in our program and never matched by onsite discounts available to the general customer. Each individual planner will have a unique discount code to share with your clients that will unlock the following:
- 35% OFF save the dates
- 25% OFF all wedding and event stationery
- Complimentary custom design and monograms
- Free custom samples
Whether you work closely with clients on their save-the-dates and invitations or you take a back seat on the stationery front to focus on logistics, you can utilize the discount as a selling point for your clients.

Custom Designs
For many couples, choosing a stationery design for invitations can be the starting point for their entire wedding vision. We’ve seen planners leverage Minted’s capability to create completely customized designs for their clients in all sorts of creative and exciting ways. Many couples want to incorporate images of their venue on the invitations or watercolor maps of the grounds as enclosure cards in the invitation suite, while others have helped their clients create custom bar menus and tags for their guest gifting. Some of our favorite weddings incorporate Minted designs created by one of our independent artists, paired with custom design elements to round out the entire look and feel of the event.

Free Samples
Many planners utilize their ability to order free, custom samples of any design onsite to help their clients with selecting a stationery design and honing in on the entire look and feel of the wedding. The invitation sets the tone for the wedding and what’s to come, so it is imperative that couples feel confident in their design selection. While planner program members have their own Minted Weddings Kit showcasing different printing styles, paper thicknesses and color palettes, providing clients with access to custom samples with custom colors and text allows them to interact with the stationery in a personalized way.
Clients aren’t the only ones who benefit from the free samples. Program members are eligible to order samples to use when planning styled shoots or bridal shows as well. The Minted team is happy to supply full sample suites and day-of items, such as menus, place cards, and table numbers specific to the theme of the shoot.
Exclusive Rewards Program
Minted expanded the planner program with the launch of exclusive rewards to thank planners for their continued partnership and formalize a way to acknowledge planners as they grow with Minted. The rewards program has been very well received by our existing planners because it rewards them for what they were already doing! Here’s how it works:
- Planners share their unique discount codes with their clients to pass along their discounts.
- Clients use their planner’s code.
- Minted tracks the number of times each planner’s code has been used.
- Minted provides a quarterly update to each planner with the number of times their code has been used, and if they’ve reached a new tier for rewards status.
Each tier earns the planner a Minted credit ranging in size that can be used for personal orders or shared with clients. With each tier, they also unlock other types of benefits such as eligibility to be featured on Minted’s Instagram @MintedWeddings, in email marketing, or in articles on the Minted website. As planners continue to unlock new tiers they will receive surprise and delight gifting throughout the year as well as access to exclusive community events and early viewings.
