To ensure you are making the most of your 30 Days, we rounded up helpful tips on how to get familiar with and fully explore all of the tools Aisle Planner has to offer during your free trial period!

1. Review Your Business Goals

Your trial period is a great time to step back and review your goals and pain points when it comes to business processes and workflow. This can help you assess how Aisle Planner may be able to help you. What’s working, what’s not? What do you wish you could do? What will help you grow and scale or streamline your processes to give you more time back in the day? Getting this all on paper can help you create a tangible plan to streamline the management of your business and really take advantage of your investment to take it to the next level.

2. Start with the Basics

3. Get Familiar with the Help Center

The Help Center is built in a natural order of progression for setting up your account - but you can find anything on a given topic at any time, in case you're starting from a different place in your account setup. There is also an Onboarding video series in the Help Center that is sure to get you started on accessing all of the tools available to you.

Type in layouts, payments, leads, or anything you want to learn more about and you'll get articles and videos helpful in setting your account up for success!

4. Determine Your Priorities

AP is designed as an all-in-one business management platform: Sales + Planning + Collaboration with clients, teams, and vendors. It is a foundation for your events business to grow, scale, and be successful. But we know that a transition in your processes and systems takes time, and everyone has priorities.

Determine which sections you want to start with (hint, hint - you can chat with our Customer Success team for guidance!), and what you might want to add on as you go.

5. Ask Questions Via the Chat Bubble

We are here for you and want to help! As you’re exploring Aisle Planner, if a quick question pops up, take advantage of the chat bubble! A customer service member can assist you in a timely manner. Our support team is made up of former event pros that want nothing more for you to success - so reach out!

6. Payment Processing

Did you know Aisle Planner has an embedded payment processing platform within your sales & Invoice tool suite? The process to handle taking payments for your business is unique to everyone, but we are here to help with any questions! We would be happy to help you get set up for Wedpay (U.S.) or Stripe (Canada) payment processing, and you can find an application in the Banking section of your settings tab. Embedded payment processing offers a fast, secure, and fluid sales process for you and your clients.

7. Visit the AP Education Tab
